How to give back your Meridio band
You have the right to return the band or the case (both will be declared as product) within 45 days of the delivery date. On receipt of the product we advise you to check carefully that it is free of defects and is compatible with what was ordered. If, for any reason, the product received does not correspond to what you expected, you can send it back to us following this procedure:
- Fill out the form (download at the bottom of this page) explaining that you intend to send back the product and, if you wish, why.
- Wait for the reply of our customer center with the instructions for the return.
- Send the article packaged and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Evaluate possible insurance on the consignment, given that both the costs and the risks linked to the transport are charged to you.
On receipt of the package, following the instructions, take care to provide for the reimbursement of the amount initially paid through the channel used by you for the initial transaction. For whatever doubt or query our customer center is at your complete disposal.
We cannot also refund each type of purchased products with monogram.
Return for a Refund
A non-defective product is eligible for refund if the item is returned unused, undamaged, in its original packaging within the 45 days of receiving item. The refund will be processed within 2-7 days of receiving your returned package. The refund will not include original shipping cost and custom duties (only for extra European customers and UK). MERIDIO will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will not accept return requests for products with a sale equal or over 50% where will not be present a defective case (the proof must be sent via email to our customer support attaching photos or movie).
A non-defective item is eligible for exchange if the item is returned unused, undamaged, in its original packaging within the 45 days of receiving item. Return cost remains the responsibility of the customer.
When product is defective, a new replacement will be sent if notified within 30 days of receipt. MERIDIO will be responsible for the cost of this new shipment. In the case the customer does not accept a replacement but he wants a refund, he have to arrange the goods return to the Meridio headquarter and, once we will be able to receive it, we will apply a total refund via payment gateway.
Only for the straps, if the defect falls out of the 45 days period but within 6 months from the purchase order date, a replacement part or repair will be offered. Buyer is responsible for shipping return to Meridio, we will fix it for free to arrange a new parcel for the delivery; for the other leather accessories the above conditions are valid as well but we offer a warranty up to 3 months from the placed order.
Common defects on watchband include adapter mechanism, clasp/buckle failure or metal band linking mechanism issues. Meridio will not cover leather damages caused by normal wear and tear.
In all the cases above, returned packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended to use traceable carrier when shipping items back to us as Meridio is not reliable for lost packages during transit.
