Do Meridio bands fit with Apple Watch 2 ?

They do since both the adaptor and the case size have remain the same

Can I use any kind of treatment on my leather strap?

In order to guarantee to your watchband the quality care it deserves, we heartily suggest you to use neutral leather polish.

Are straps waterproof?

No. Submerging Meridio bands in water can damage them.

Are straps handmade?

During the phases of the manufacturing process which do not require automation, the production of the straps is entrusted to the expert hands of artisans of the field. Everything is exclusively Made in Italy, only Alligator material come from United States

Are buckles included with your strap?

Yes, you will receive the strap together with the original Meridio buckle. You will be able to choose the suitable color for the case of your Apple Watch with slight different depends on the background material; watch one is aluminium while Steel one for our adaptors.

What is the buckle material?

The material is Stainless 316L

What's the length of the straps?

There are two types of strap depending on the dimension of the case of your Apple Watch. 42 mm Case : strap long side 130 mm | strap short side 85 mm. 38 mm Case: strap long side 115mm | strap short side 75 mm

How many holes are in one strap?

There are 8 holes in one strap.

How thick are your straps?

The thickness ranges from 3 to 3,6 mm.

Are your watchbands and buckles labeled “Apple Watch”?

No, our watchbands are high quality items which we believe are equivalent to the original ones. Meridio is our Italian signature

Shipping

How long does it take for shipping my strap?

Straps are shipped after payment receipt and order completed within maximum 3-5 working days. Remember to customers that the delivery can be shifted for special requested monogram or to obtain special certificate from third parts as CITES regarding Croco or Python purchases. A confirmation email will be sent when the straps are shipped with tracking number included

Which countries do you ship to?

Worldwide shipment service is offered.

How much does shipping cost?

10 Euro/USD is our Flat fee with 3-5 working days as delivery time

How is my strap shipped?

We ship via couriers or availing ourselves of local post services. You will receive an email with tracking code, as soon as the band is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping type.

Where are the shipping hubs?

To warranty the worldwide shipping, Meridio Logistics has two hubs, the following: Milan for European and UK customers while Hong Kong to Extra European ones.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the strap has already been sent, you must receive it and begin the return process.

Can I return the band?

You can return the strap in the same conditions as you have received it within 30 days after receipt and after filling in the form that you can download from our website. Read the detailed Return policy and fill in our form, we will be happy to help you as soon as possible

Can I return the Croco or the Python bands ?

You can do it under the same conditions of other bands but only for European customers, other one need to apply the CITES certificate that is mandatory for this kind of leather to re-export. For more infos about, please visit the following url https://cites.org/eng/disc/what.php

Can I return bands with monogram?

We can not refund bands with monogram as you can read in Return and Terms and Conditions page

What are the shipping charges?

We offer only Express Shipping provided by international courier such as FedEx or competitors to warrantee the delivery within 3-5 working days following the parcel by reference url and tracking number. Its cost is 10 Usd/Euro.

How do you wrap the products you deliver?

Our products are delivered in their standard original packaging. You can ask for a special gift packaging by flagging the option while choosing your product to add your cart

Are Meridio bands under warranty?

Meridio bands are under manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects within 30 days after receipt.

How does international taxation work?

We ship the parcels in compliance with DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) delivery terms, i.e. duties and taxes are charged to the receiver.

What can I do if I cannot complete the payment?

You can verify a few details, for example:

  • if you are using a prepaid card, verify that there is enough money;
  • verify if your card can be used for online transactions;
  • try using another computer or a different browser

Do you make custom-tailored straps?

Yes, a few kinds of personalization can be selected during checkout. For more types of customization, please contact us at: customercare@meridioband.com

Can I personalize the strap with my initials?

Yes, you can , you can have up to three characters on each strap. You can choose if you want on back or top side, depends on kind of leather also. For your attention, the purchased bands with initials can not be returned

Can you make me a watch band with the leather I own?
